Protest: Dispute between windmill company officials and villagers in Sanganara of Nakhtrana taluka
People are protesting against erecting a tower on grazing land
After the arrival of windmills in Nakhtrana taluka, the death of the national bird peacock has become a daily occurrence.
So now with the development of its area, the villagers have to come forward to save the protected grazing land for cattle
And in the midst of the scorching heat, locals are running out of blood against international companies.
But companies that disregard government regulations are removing cattle grazing to install windmill towers to arbitrarily use police protection. Which the villagers have to oppose.
The villagers had stopped the workers from erecting towers on the protected Gauchar land of Sangnara village in Nakhtrana taluka since June 20.
A police convoy rushed to the spot and tried to calm the situation. Fifteen days later, the situation is getting worse.
Trees are now being removed from dry Kutch Malak by Suzlon Company. Women and children are also fighting along with the men of Sangnara village in protest.
Concerned about the injustice being done to Kutch by environmentalists, the environmentalists have also condemned the controversy and expressed their support for the villagers.
However, allegations are being raised by the villagers that the companies, along with the SRP team with the help of the police, are doing the work of installing windmills and on the protected land for more than a fortnight.

Rainfed farmers cultivate in the district. Irregular and low rainfall or excess rainfall over the last few years has made the water problem worse
In the midst of all these difficulties, the people of Rampar (Sarva) village in Nakhtrana taluka of Kutch have started a water storage campaign for four years. Construction of dam in the village by the villagers without any help from the government. At the same time, arrangements have been made to dump rain water in old wells and boreholes last year.

The Maleshri river is being constructed at a cost of one crore rupees. As many as 25 lakes and dams have been constructed at the border of Safsafigam at their own cost.
At the same time, the work of deepening the lakes from time to time to ensure more water storage is also in full swing.

Groundwater levels have risen due to the construction of lakes or dams for water storage
The number of non-farming families in Kutch is special. In such a situation, if water is available for farming, Kutch can become a paradise.
Rampar (Sarva) Rampar (Sarva) Water will be stored in 300 acres of land this year. Construction of check dams and ponds has also started this year.
Water storage will be done in 300 acres of land this year under water storage under the program of self storage water storage campaign.

Olp piped houses keeps the temperature of the houses cool in summers.
Houses made up of clay are excellent for health. Indigenous piped houses provide natural cooling in a blazing summer.
Change is the law of the world. At that time, there was a development in the villages adorned with houses with old pipes and instead terraced houses and buildings are build. The village is also now blending into the urban imitation. But still in many villages the houses with the roofs of pipes are still there and giving the feeling of air conditioner. The villages in Kutch are also becoming high-tech now but there are still houses with pipes in many villages, which preserves the ancient tradition and reveals the ancient culture.
Summer heat and scorching loo have a profound effect on cement-concrete roofed houses as well as those with exotic tubing.
While houses with country tubes provide natural cooling in a blazing summer, as a result houses with desi pipes are visible in many rural areas of the district.
However, houses with pipes have to be cleaned every year, means the tubes have to be operated.
It is difficult to live in a bungalow made of cement and concrete without an AC-cooler. Then in the houses with pipes, the temperature is cooler even without fan and Ac.
Surprisingly, in the winter, the houses with country pipes, Even among the decorated bungalows, there are still some villages where as yet the buildings of the ancient civilized monument are standing in ruins.
Netra (Mataji’s) village of Nakhtrana taluka is in a dilapidated condition as a souvenir in other villages besides this one.
